Great suggestion! This is something several community managers have asked about.
Currently, Jetonomy Pro has webhook support — you can send community events to external services via configurable webhook endpoints. This means you can connect to Slack or Discord using their incoming webhook URLs.
For Slack specifically, you would create an Incoming Webhook in your Slack workspace, then add the URL in Jetonomy Pro's webhook settings. New posts, replies, flags, and other events can trigger notifications to your chosen channel.
For a deeper native integration (richer Slack message formatting, thread replies, channel selection per space), that is on our roadmap. Upvote this to help prioritize it!
