WordPress theme with WP Job Manager integration for job boards

I am building a niche job board for hospitality workers. WP Job Manager is the obvious choice for the listings engine, but I also want candidates to have resume pages, salary and experience filters, and linked social profiles that look modern rather than a wall of plain URL fields. Most generic themes style WP Job Manager as an afterthought. I need a theme where the job listing, single job, and resume pages actually feel designed, and where my candidates can add LinkedIn and GitHub without me writing custom fields.

  • A modern social media dropdown for candidate profiles covering LinkedIn, GitHub, X/Twitter and more, with a repeatable social links field and automatic migration from the legacy single-link format
  • Resume submission with a POST-Redirect-GET flow so duplicate submissions on refresh are prevented
  • Helper functions jobmate_get_candidate_social_links() and jobmate_display_candidate_social_links() if you want to surface social links in custom templates
  • Filters like reign_wpjm_enable_social_fields and reign_wpjm_social_fields to control which networks show and whether modern dropdown display is used
