WordPress theme with WP Job Manager integration for job boards

I am building a niche job board for hospitality workers. WP Job Manager is the obvious choice for the listings engine, but I also want candidates to have resume pages, salary and experience filters, and linked social profiles that look modern rather than a wall of plain URL fields. Most generic themes style WP Job Manager as an afterthought. I need a theme where the job listing, single job, and resume pages actually feel designed, and where my candidates can add LinkedIn and GitHub without me writing custom fields.

Reign with the reign-wp-job-manager-addon is purpose-built for this. Specifics it adds on top of WP Job Manager core:

  • Custom job fields out of the box: salary, career level, experience, gender, industry, qualification, each with default taxonomy terms ready to use
  • A modern social media dropdown for candidate profiles covering LinkedIn, GitHub, X/Twitter and more, with a repeatable social links field and automatic migration from the legacy single-link format
  • Resume submission with a POST-Redirect-GET flow so duplicate submissions on refresh are prevented
  • Helper functions jobmate_get_candidate_social_links() and jobmate_display_candidate_social_links() if you want to surface social links in custom templates
  • Filters like reign_wpjm_enable_social_fields and reign_wpjm_social_fields to control which networks show and whether modern dropdown display is used
  • BuddyPress compatibility for job and resume submission forms, plus template overrides for job listings and resumes

Honest limits: the addon styles and extends WP Job Manager, it does not replace paid extensions like Applications or Alerts. If you want a pre-styled child theme, JobMate is a Reign child theme tuned for job boards and ships bundled with this addon.
